These Terms govern your use of museumofmoney.com (the "Site") and your visit to Museum of Money ("MoMoney," "we," "us") at 501 Elm St, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75202. By using the Site or visiting the museum, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, school, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
1. Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site or visit to the museum after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Using the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes such as browsing, buying tickets, contacting us, and reading our content. You agree not to:
- Break any law or another person's rights while using the Site
- Disrupt, attack, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Impersonate MoMoney or anyone else
- Upload anything malicious
We may suspend or restrict access if you do.
3. Buying tickets.
Tickets are sold and processed by our ticketing partner. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or pause sales at any time. We do not store full payment card information.
Refunds and rescheduling.
- General Admission tickets: refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. You may reschedule yourself, free of charge, up to the time of your scheduled visit.
- VIP tickets: refundable up to the same day as your scheduled visit. You may reschedule yourself, free of charge, up to the museum's last entry time on the day of your scheduled visit.
To reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email. To request a refund, contact us at info@museumofmoney.com.
4. Visiting the museum.
Age requirement. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Assumption of risk. The museum is an interactive, hands-on experience with physical exhibits across two floors. By visiting, you acknowledge that exhibit interaction, photo experiences, stairs, walking surfaces, and crowds carry inherent physical risks, and you accept those risks for yourself and any minors in your care. This does not waive any rights you have if we are negligent.
Photo and video release. The museum is a public space and is photographed and recorded for security and marketing purposes. By entering, you agree that MoMoney may use photographs, video, or audio in which you, or any minor in your care, appear, in any medium, without payment or further notice. If you do not want to be photographed, please tell a staff member on arrival.
Right to refuse entry. We may refuse or end a visit for safety, conduct, or operational reasons. We may also close the museum or specific exhibits without notice.
5. Our content.
Everything on the Site, including text, images, video, design, logos, and the MoMoney name, is owned by MoMoney or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You get a personal, non-commercial license to view and use the Site. You may not copy, redistribute, or use Site content commercially without our written permission.
If you submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for our business purposes, and you confirm you own or control the rights to it.
6. Disclaimers.
The Site and the museum are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free, or that information on the Site (including hours, prices, and exhibit details) is always accurate or current. The Site is not financial, investment, or other professional advice.
7. Limits on our liability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, the Site, or your visit is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
These limits do not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Your responsibility to us.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs (including legal fees) if a third party brings a claim against us because of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your conduct at the museum, or (c) content you submit to us.
9. Governing law and disputes.
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be filed in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
You and MoMoney each agree that any claim will be brought only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. No court or arbitrator may consolidate more than one person's claims without our written agreement.
Before filing a claim, please email us at info@museumofmoney.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
10. The basics.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision in one case does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the full agreement between you and MoMoney about the Site and museum visits.
